About the Role:
Amazon is seeking a talented Sr. Process Improvement Specialist, Inbound to join our team. This role is critical in helping our third-party sellers develop successful and profitable businesses while minimizing the time and effort required to inbound their inventory to Amazon’s Fulfillment Center (FC) network.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Process Improvement Specialist, Inbound, you will own the implementation and adoption of strategic initiatives to improve sellers’ economics. You will work closely with functions across the organization, including tech, operations, and account managers, to achieve your goals. Your data analysis skills will be crucial in identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in project management, analytical capabilities to identify opportunities for improvements, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work successfully with teams across the organization and globally. Japanese – business level / English – business level, including verbal and written communications, is required. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
We also look for candidates with experience in e-Commerce, Supply Chain, Consulting, or Finance, a Master’s degree or equivalent in Logistics / Supply Chain / Mathematics / Science / Engineering, and experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights. The ability to run business analytics using SQL & Excel is a plus.
