Job Title: Career Liaison Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Career Liaison Specialist to join our team at Catch22. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a range of supportive interventions to help Care experienced young people (CEYP) achieve sustainable employment. This includes engaging participants, attaching them to employability programmes, and providing high-quality Information, Advice, and Guidance.
Main Duties:
- Deliver Interventions: You will work with CEYP to develop their employability skills, provide one-to-one and group coaching, and support them in creating CVs and job applications.
- Engage Participants: You will establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including Local Authority PA's, Referral Partners, and interested parties.
- Monitor Progress: You will ensure participants access additional training and maintain regular contact to ensure they sustain their employment.
- Meet Targets: You will take responsibility for delivering operational targets and ensure contractual compliance.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Five GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above and a relevant professional qualification.
- Experience: Experience of delivering services in the Employability sector, preferably with a coaching qualification.
