Residential Care Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Residential Support Worker and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to those in need. As a key member of our staff team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our children and young people receive the best possible care and support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the daily care and support of our children and young people, including creating positive relationships with them and meeting their needs at all times. They will also be required to create timetables, set boundaries and expectations for the young people, and work collaboratively with our experienced staff team to ensure that we provide the highest quality care and support.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including generous holiday entitlement, flexible working patterns, and access to our health and wellbeing support platform. Our structured pay-scales and clear career progression paths ensure that you can develop your skills and knowledge, and progress in your career with us. The estimated salary for this position in London would be around £32,000 - £42,000 per annum.
