Compliance Risk Management Program

As a Compliance Risk Management Professional, you will play a critical role in helping us protect our reputation, financial health, and long-term interests by identifying, measuring, and controlling risks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business areas on laws, regulations, and rules that govern their day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Examine the risk of complex transactions, analyzing potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Advise the business on regulatory development, staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that impact our operations.
  • Analyze and evaluate risk modeling techniques, developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.

Your Team:

You will work in Group Compliance & Regulatory Governance, a team responsible for ensuring the firm's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Your Expertise:

  • Be graduating between September 2023 and September 2025.
  • Be on track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or the equivalent in your first undergraduate degree.

  • Be a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
  • Be motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
