Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our operations and maintaining the trust of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and resolution of complex conflicts of interest matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Develop and implement commercial clearance processes across multiple offices, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Manage confidential information issues, applying expertise to mitigate risks and protect sensitive data.
- Provide guidance on data protection queries, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the internal audit team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Review and update internal compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
- Support compliance projects, applying expertise to drive business growth and minimize risk.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and compliance, gained in a similar role or industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
