Social Worker

At Tripod Social Care, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker - Child In Need Specialist to join our Duty and Assessment team. The successful candidate will work with individuals and families to assist them in resolving their personal problems and improving their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an allocated social work caseload, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Undertake assessments in accordance with legislation, policies, and procedures, identifying the needs of children and young people.
- Negotiate, coordinate, and provide services as appropriate, ensuring the needs and wishes of children are fully addressed.
- Share responsibility for planned intervention and service provision with partners, including statutory meetings and other planned meetings.
- Comply with administrative and financial procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Liaise with designated line managers and comply with service requirements regarding supervision and continuous professional development.
- Contribute to the development of social work students and undertake any other duties commensurate with the grade of the job.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Social Work
- 2+ Years PQE
- ASYE Complete
- Registered With SWE
- Right to work in the UK
- Reside in the UK
