We are a nationwide charity supporting people facing challenging circumstances to make positive change. Our services help thousands of individuals each year, and we are now seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Halton and Brennan Lodge.

The successful candidate will provide a secure, warm, and safe environment for residents, supporting them to overcome complex problems and develop essential life skills. You will work closely with residents to help them achieve positive outcomes across various life areas, including independent living, community links, and social inclusion.

About the Role

  • Provide support to residents with complex needs, helping them to overcome challenges and develop life skills.
  • Work collaboratively with residents to achieve positive outcomes across key life areas.
  • Support residents to develop independent living skills, community links, and social inclusion.
  • Help residents to manage their finances, achieve economic well-being, and reduce offending behaviors.
