Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in project support or administrative roles, preferably within construction or related fields. They will be responsible for supervising workflow, conducting quality assurance checks, investigating and resolving account queries, generating management reports, responding to customer complaints, and supporting the Commercial Manager in resolving commercial matters.
