About the Job

We are looking for a Global Rewards Analyst to join our office in London. As a key member of the global compensation team, you will play a crucial role in the administration of our compensation program that attracts and retains employees across more than 25 countries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. You will work closely with human capital and finance colleagues and business leaders across various industries and regions to ensure that our compensation program remains competitive and aligns with our business strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market pay analysis to ensure our compensation programs remain competitive.
  2. Develop and manage quantitative models in Excel, including data gathering, modeling, and analysis to support business decisions.
  3. Participate in midyear and annual compensation planning and review processes for an employee group or region.
  4. Provide guidance on compensation guidelines, policies, and practices to human capital and talent professionals.
  5. Collaborate with finance professionals to manage compensation budgets and bonus accruals throughout the year.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree in business, finance, or human capital is desirable.
  • 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in compensation, finance, analytics, and/or human capital.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to perform independent in-depth quantitative analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to accuracy.

The estimated salary range for this position is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
