Job Description: Family Support Specialist

Tripod Partners seeks a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Specialist to join its Child Protection and Court Team in Plymouth. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable families and children.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will assess family needs and develop tailored support plans to promote positive outcomes.
  2. Preparation of cases for court and provision of expert evidence will be essential components of your role.
  3. Effective case recording and management of sensitive information are critical aspects of this position.
  4. Participation in regular supervision, training, and team meetings will ensure your continued growth and development.

Minimum Requirements:

This role requires a Social Work qualification and at least 3 years' experience working in a similar setting.
