Comprehensive Support Specialist for Mixed KS2 Class

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support a mixed KS2 class of year 3 and 4 pupils at a fantastic Primary School in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. The position is a mornings only, 5 days a week role.
Key Responsibilities- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and monitoring pupil progress
- Provide individualised support to pupils requiring additional help, including de-escalation techniques where necessary
- Assist with classroom management and organisation
- Professional approach and attitude towards work
- Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant or EYFS Practitioner
- Ability to adapt well to changing situations and challenges
- Training in Safeguarding, Prevent or other relevant courses
An estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
