We are seeking a proactive and emotionally intelligent KS2 Teacher to join our vibrant and fun primary school in Cambridge.

The children are hardworking, caring, inquisitive and imaginative, and we aspire to develop well-rounded, confident pupils through a supportive pastoral environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the pastoral care of children taking their first steps in Key stage 2, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a conducive learning environment.

Key responsibilities include teaching the Key stage 2 curriculum to groups of children, focusing on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and improving their weaknesses.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications, experience teaching Upper Key stage 2, and the confidence to hit the ground running, proactively lead a class, and manage behaviour in line with school behaviour policies.

We are a 2-form entry school located in a lovely residential area of Cambridge, with a friendly environment that welcomes early career teachers (ECTs) with open arms.

We aspire to develop well-rounded, confident pupils through our supportive pastoral environment, and we are easily accessible via the Bakerloo and overground lines.

Suitable applicants must be able to commute to Cambridge via public transport and have the relevant qualifications and experience.

We work closely with a large array of Nurseries, Primary schools and secondary schools and specialise in long-term and permanent recruitment.
