Experienced Teaching Assistant Required for Primary School

We are seeking an experienced and professional Teaching Assistant to join our team at a fantastic Primary School in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant or EYFS Practitioner and be able to adapt well to any given situation.

The successful candidate will be supporting a mixed KS2 class of year 3 and 4 pupils, some of which require additional support and 1:1 work. The school is an ideal environment for the educational development of Primary Pupils and has a warm, friendly atmosphere.

The successful candidate will be expected to monitor and assess the progress of pupils and assist in their progression through learning. They will also need to offer general support and aid in the overall running of the class alongside the class teacher.

The school requires the successful candidate to have an approachable and professional attitude towards their work, de-escalation training, and training in Safeguarding, Prevent or any other relevant course.
