Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations Manager to join our team and take on the following key responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the Human Resources department, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results and enhance employee engagement.
  • Maintain a positive working environment, promoting high levels of organisational health.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in human resource management.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated competence in strategic planning and business development.
  • Excellent people management skills and ability to manage complex HR issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and UK employment legislation.

We offer a salary range of £60,000 to £65,000 per annum, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
