Job Description

Major Recruitment Oldbury is seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join their team as an Administrator/Customer Service person. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support the organization's busy office and contribute to its success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Utilize MS Office software, including Word and Excel, to perform tasks and maintain organizational systems.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • 2+ years of experience working in an office environment, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and efficient records.
  • Customer service experience, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service to clients and staff.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Parking:

Available on site.
