About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Global Benefits Consultant to join our team at Lockton Companies. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service delivery to clients across the People Solutions practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global benefits and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with consultants on larger accounts to prepare client deliverables and materials, and lead smaller accounts in providing client services for an assigned book of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead small-mid sized accounts, preparing client deliverables and materials across the range of global benefit propositions and services.
  • Work with consultants on larger/more complex accounts to prepare client deliverables and materials.
  • Understand the 'why' behind client requests and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with client team members to resolve queries and issues related to global benefits.
Delivering Exceptional Client Service
  • Develop innovative ideas to enhance client experiences.
  • Analyze client data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Use meeting agendas and minutes to frame delivery and ensure effective project tracking.
  • Oversee Salesforce database management for client information and policy data.
  • Manage scope, budget, and metrics through effective project management.
Making Effective Connections
  • Develop partnerships with Lockton Global Partner offices, peers, and other business service groups.
  • Proactively consult with local Lockton Global offices to resolve issues and drive results.
  • Support new business opportunities, including RFP responses.
  • Owning pricing and scoping of small-medium sized projects.
Benefits and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and/or experience in a role reflecting the skills and client management experience required for this position.
  • Completed training courses/qualifications in core areas such as insurance, international benefits, HR, or another related discipline.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications – Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort collaborating with colleagues in both office and virtual environments.
