Job Description:

As a Principal Global Benefits Consultant at Aon, you will be responsible for leading client teams and driving strategic discussions with clients to leverage Aon's expertise. This role involves playing a lead role in cross-discipline new business pitches and being accountable for the delivery of services to clients globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple client account teams in a highly visible client-facing role.
  • Ensure client deliverables are of a consistently high standard.
  • Track performance across your client portfolio and provide feedback to leadership to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage client-related budgets involving consultant teams across the globe.
  • Play a central role in developing new business opportunities and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Contribute to developing new, innovative employee benefits-focused intellectual capital and solutions.
  • Build key relationships within the Aon network to support delivery of global consulting services.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience working on complex multi-country employee benefits-related projects and relationships.
  • Significant experience of working with clients on consulting projects across the spectrum of employee benefits.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.
  • Broad experience in managing stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and senior internal leadership.
  • Demonstrable understanding of and practical experience in how employee benefits programs work globally.
  • Solid understanding of core benefit programs.
  • Working knowledge of payroll, HR, finance, pensions, and flexible benefits.
