As a key member of our Health Solutions for Multinationals team, you will be responsible for driving strategic discussions with clients, leveraging Aon's wealth of experts, and playing a lead role in cross-discipline new business pitches.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead multiple client account teams in a highly visible client-facing role
* Track performance across your client portfolio and provide feedback to leadership
* Build key relationships within the Aon network to support delivery of global consulting services

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience working on complex multi-country employee benefits-related projects and relationships
* Significant experience of working with clients on consulting projects across the spectrum of employee benefits
* Demonstrable understanding of and practical experience in how employee benefits programmes work globally
