We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Gastrointestinal Cancer Clinical Team at York Hospital. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the MDT to deliver high-quality patient care, advocating for the needs of patients with GI cancer.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead service improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with specialists, attending educational events to stay up-to-date on the latest treatment options.
  • Promote the GI team at cancer awareness events, raising awareness about the importance of early diagnosis and treatment.
  • Work cross-site as required, ensuring the service is covered and patients receive continuity of care.
  • Deliver nurse-led clinics, providing information and support to patients and their families about GI cancer diagnosis, treatment options, and after-care.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £41,000 - £54,000 per annum, depending on experience.
