Clinical Lead Physiotherapist

Role Overview:
As a Senior Physiotherapist at Nuffield Health, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, AHPS, and consultants, to optimise patient health and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality clinical care that is evidence-based, safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patient needs.
- Adhere to Nuffield Health's values and beliefs, which encourage behaviour that is enterprising, passionate, independent, and caring.
- Ensure on-going monitoring of treatment standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
- Be compliant with professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards.

Requirements:
- A BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Health and Care Professions Council registration.
- Excellent manual therapy skills and the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
- Good computer skills and confident communication.
