Piper Maddox Limited, a leading renewable energy developer, is seeking an experienced Senior Land Acquisition Professional to join their team in Scotland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing new development opportunities and securing land for solar, BESS, and wind developments.

The role involves identifying potential sites, negotiating heads of terms and option lease agreements, and managing landowner relationships throughout the project lifecycle. A highly hybrid/remote working setup is available, with opportunities to move into a leadership position within the Scottish function.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in land acquisition and commercial negotiations
  • Strong network of landowners and industry connections
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
