About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Director to join our team at Assembly. As a key member of our Data, Technology & Business Consulting discipline, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic intelligence solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Develop and maintain strong analytical and technical skills to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Business Intelligence Solutions: Design and implement bespoke business intelligence solutions to meet the needs of our clients, including data visualization and dashboarding.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of data analysts and engineers to deliver high-quality business intelligence solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior client stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and other C-level executives.
  • Industry Trends and Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular research into broader industry trends and competitor analysis to uncover key insights that could drive performance growth.
  • Training and Development: Deliver training sessions to multiple client stakeholders and the wider Assembly business on data analysis, business intelligence, and strategic insights.

Requirements
  • Marketing Analytics Tools: Excellent knowledge of common marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics.
  • Digital Marketing Industry: Experience in the digital marketing industry with an understanding of channel-based activation, including PPC, SEO, Display/Programmatic, Social, etc.
  • Business Intelligence Role: Experience within a BI role or a role utilizing strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Data Visualization and UX Design: Good understanding of data visualization and UX design concepts, including Tableau, Datorama, and PowerBI.
  • SQL and Relational Databases: Experience using SQL and relational databases.
