Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Intelligence Lead to join our team at Oasis Trust. As a key member of our Intelligence Team, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence to support our prevention programs and deliver actionable insights to our global network of partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intelligence Gathering: Oversee the collection of industry, technological, and competitive intelligence, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Lead the analysis of gathered intelligence, transforming data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Continually assess and improve our intelligence methods and analysis, incorporating new technologies and data sources to enhance our impact.
  • Collaboration with Prevention Team: Work closely with our Prevention Team to support the development of highly relevant, specific campaigns that reach vulnerable, at-risk communities on the ground with safety information.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all intelligence-related matters, communicating complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in intelligence gathering, analysis, and dissemination.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Highly resourceful and proactive with a critical thinking approach.
