About the Role

Vixio Regulatory Intelligence is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and mitigating risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial and Product, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to support their development and success
  • Utilize data and client insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a subscription-based industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions
