Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical and Training Manager to join our team at Iconsys. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies to support our employees' growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Strategy Development: Design and implement effective learning strategies to support our OnBoardConnect initiative, utilizing our Moodle Workplace LMS system.
  • Technical Training Delivery: Deliver technical learning sessions to employees, focusing on developing their skills and knowledge to future-proof the business.
  • Training Program Management: Manage training programs, assess learning needs, and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to employees, utilizing your expertise in electrical control systems and manufacturing environments.
  • Team Development: Collaborate with managers to develop their teams through technical career pathing and learning strategies.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and consultant trainers, ensuring effective learning solutions.
  • Budget Management: Track and negotiate budgets for training programs and vendor services.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of BEng in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mentoring, coaching, and teaching skills, with a focus on electrical control systems and manufacturing environments.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Proven expertise in electrical control systems, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
