Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Encouraging participation in social activities, hobbies, and interests
- Assisting with financial management and budgeting
- Maintaining a safe and clean living environment
- Providing emotional support and companionship
Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Experience working with adults with autism and challenging behavior
- A full UK manual or automatic driving license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and empathetic approach
