Support for Students Professional

As a Support for Students Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, helping them overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with teachers to deliver targeted support for students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, ensuring students receive the necessary assistance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs), tailored to meet each student's unique needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting academic growth and social development among students.
- Prior experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish rapport with students are vital qualities for success in this role.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are highly valued but not mandatory.
- A competitive salary, ranging between £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
