Job Description:

In this exciting opportunity, you will play a crucial role in supporting the NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board. As a Contract Support Officer, you will be part of the Office of the West Midlands Primary Care Commissioning Team, working closely with six Integrated Care Boards across the West Midlands.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing administration support and advice to the wider team, arranging meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining contact lists. You will also provide business support functions to teams responsible for contract management and transformation programs.

A key aspect of this role is facilitating collaborative commissioning, focusing on developing and commissioning integrated services that prioritize patient care. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines while ensuring high-quality administrative support.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and experience with IT systems and software programs such as Microsoft Office. You must also possess a solid understanding of confidentiality and data protection laws.
