Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist

Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our service users.

About the Role:

  • This position requires a strong background in healthcare support, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide personalized care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and clinical interventions.
  • To maintain accurate records of service user care plans, including progress notes and goals.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of £13.00 - £15.00 per hour, equivalent to approximately £104.00- £120.00 per 8-hour day shift.
  • Flexible hours to suit your needs, with confirmed rotas and excellent rates of pay.
