We are currently seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at The Limes Medical Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing Health Care Assistant services to our practice population. As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing team to achieve excellent health outcomes.

About the Role

This position involves delivering care, demonstrating critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills, and collaborating with the general practice team to meet patient needs. Some of your key responsibilities will include conducting health checks, assessing, planning, developing, and evaluating health programs for patients, managing chronic diseases, and providing emergency care.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year's experience working as a Health Care Assistant in General Practice, an NVQ in Health and Social Care qualification at Level 3, GCSEs in English and Maths, and excellent time management and organizational skills. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of statutory procedures and local guidance, with the ability to apply them effectively.

Salary and Benefits
