Female Care Worker

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled Female Support Worker to join our team in Exmouth. As a key member of our residential services, you will play a vital role in enabling the people we support to pursue their interests and achieve their goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as household chores and personal care
- Plan and lead engaging activity sessions to promote social interaction and skill development
- Accompany individuals in the community, promoting independence and confidence
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, understanding their unique needs and preferences
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
