Job Title: Tenant Engagement and Satisfaction Lead

We are seeking a skilled Tenant Engagement and Satisfaction Lead to support our Association in delivering exceptional services to our tenants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance tenant engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that our services meet the needs of our vulnerable individuals and households.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Conduct regular tenant satisfaction surveys and analyze results to inform service improvements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver tenant engagement initiatives
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues on tenant-related matters

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tenant engagement and satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
