An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in a well-established school. This full-time, permanent role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £29,970 – £52,800.

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will assess and support the speech, language, and communication needs of students, working closely with staff to implement inclusive communication strategies within the school. Your primary goal will be to enhance the social and academic inclusion of students through effective communication.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  1. Delivering tailored speech, language, and communication interventions to meet individual student needs.
  2. Monitoring and reporting on intervention outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
  3. Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement comprehensive education plans.
  4. Engaging in students' social and academic inclusion activities to promote their overall development.

What We Are Looking For:

  1. A Speech and Language Therapist with experience in working with students with autism or similar roles.
  2. Strong skills in therapeutic planning, evaluation, and report-writing.
  3. Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with teachers and other professionals.
