Strategic Partnerships Director

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Partnerships Manager to expand our reach within the accountancy market, focusing on increasing introductions to our cash management platform. This strategic role requires strong presentation and communication skills, as well as the ability to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to engage and partner with key accountancy firms.
- Identify and target high-potential accountancy firms for potential partnerships.
- Present the benefits of our cash management platform to accountants and their clients.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and training sessions tailored to accountants.
- Follow up on leads and proactively contact potential new partners.
- Respond to due diligence questions and provide detailed information to accountants.
- Sign up new accountancy firms to the platform and ensure their successful onboarding.
- Prepare and present monthly management reports, including pipeline status and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop materials and campaigns targeted at the accountancy market.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Insignis Cash Solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in selling to the accountancy market.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a regulated financial services environment is preferred.
