Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Electrical Power Systems Manager to lead and manage our electrical engineering team at BAE Systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical power systems, switchgear, protection, and power electronics.

About You:

  • Chartered Engineer or working towards
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in electrical power systems, switchgear, protection, and power electronics

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers to deliver high-quality products
  • Perform technical reviews and provide guidance on engineering projects
  • Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
