We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Tutor to join our team at 1st Staff. As an SEN Tutor, you will work with students in the Bournemouth, Poole, and Christchurch areas who require additional support to gain confidence and achieve their academic goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized lesson plans, building strong relationships with students, and providing guidance to help them overcome challenges.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with SEN needs. Your expertise in delivering core subjects according to individual needs will be invaluable in helping students succeed. We are looking for candidates with experience working with students with SEN/SEMH and challenging behaviors, as well as excellent behavior management skills.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £30 per hour, flexible working hours, and part-time or full-time opportunities. Our dedicated consultant and lead tutor will provide ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.
