We are excited to be working with Ashby Jenkins Recruitment to find a Senior Stewardship and Journeys Executive who can help us build strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive innovation within our team.

In this brand-new role, you'll have the opportunity to shape and build new strategies that will strengthen our relationships with internal and external contacts. You will develop compelling stewardship communications, analyse data to enhance supporter engagement, and play a pivotal role in driving innovation within the team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in a stewardship, supporter experience/ journey role - relevant commercial sector experience will also be considered
  • Expertise in all aspects of successful supporter communications and journeys
  • Strong analytical mindset and approach, capable of identifying key issues and opportunities in data sets and performance results

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement stewardship strategies to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
  • Analyse data to enhance supporter engagement and identify opportunities for growth
  • Play a pivotal role in driving innovation within the team
  • Collaborate with internal and external contacts to build strong relationships and drive results

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000
