We are excited to be working with Ashby Jenkins Recruitment to find a Senior Stewardship and Journeys Executive. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a purpose-driven organization that prioritizes the well-being of individuals approaching the end of life or living with grief.

In this newly created position, you will report to the Supporter Journeys and Stewardship Manager and be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to strengthen relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You will create compelling stewardship communications, analyze data to enhance supporter engagement, and play a pivotal role in driving innovation within the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in stewardship, supporter experience/journey roles, with relevant commercial sector experience also considered
  • Expertise in all aspects of successful supporter communications and journeys
  • A strong analytical mindset and approach, capable of identifying key issues and opportunities in data sets and performance results

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement stewardship strategies to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
  • Create compelling stewardship communications to enhance supporter engagement
  • Analyze data to identify key issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Play a pivotal role in driving innovation within the team

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in stewardship, supporter experience/journey roles
  • Expertise in supporter communications and journeys
  • Strong analytical skills and approach

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000
