Job Summary
Sue Ryder is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Supporter Experience, Data and Insight Team as a Senior Stewardship Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to play a pivotal role in taking our organisation to the next level.
About the Role
As a Senior Stewardship Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic, audience-centric journeys and experiences across Fundraising and other departments. You will work closely with the Journeys & Stewardship Manager to oversee engagement activities and collaborate with teams across fundraising and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance audience engagement and experience.
- Support and recommend improvements for stewardship activities, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Lead innovation with 'Test & Learn' plans to enhance impact and results.
- Develop a deeper understanding of our audience segments, adopting a data and insight driven approach to audience experience.
- Take the lead on audience experience projects and initiatives.
