About the Role:

Ashby Jenkins Recruitment is partnering with Sue Ryder to find a highly skilled Senior Stewardship and Journeys Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a purpose-driven organization that provides essential support to individuals approaching the end of life or living with grief.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and execute compelling stewardship communications that drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, informing data-driven decisions to enhance supporter experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Supporter Journeys and Stewardship Manager to drive innovation and excellence within the team.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in stewardship, supporter experience, or journey roles, with a strong background in relationship management.
  • Expertise in all aspects of successful supporter communications and journeys, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical mindset and approach, with the ability to identify key issues and opportunities in data sets and performance results.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £30,000-£40,000.
  • A full-time contract with flexible working arrangements considered.
