We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic Experis Academy division.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will allow you to gain paid training, hands-on experience, and personalised career development while working with a leading international aerospace, defence, and security company.

You will take charge of essential project management tasks to ensure successful project delivery. This includes developing accurate financial and schedule estimates, planning, monitoring, and managing work packages, and creating and sharing regular project reports.

About the Programme

Kickstart your journey with an 8-week intensive training programme that combines instructor-led classes, scenario-based learning, and practical application workshops.

The curriculum covers the full project lifecycle (scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resource planning), as well as essential soft skills like negotiation, presentation, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.

Upon completion of the programme, you will be placed on a 12-month contract with Experis, where you will put your skills to use in a real-world environment with ongoing support and mentorship.
