Job Overview

Role of a Project Planner
As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining schedules to ensure projects are delivered to performance, time, and cost agreements. Working closely with Engineers, delivery teams, Project Managers, and clients, you will keep the P6 plan updated based on real-time progress. You will also support the Project Manager by identifying resource constraints, monitoring critical paths, and proactively flagging any scheduling issues to ensure the project stays on track.

Experis Academy Programme
The Experis Academy programme offers a 7-week intensive training course that combines instructor-led classes, scenario-based learning, and practical application workshops. You will receive best-in-class training in project management, planning and controls, Primavera (planning/scheduling tool), and Excel. The curriculum also covers essential soft skills like negotiation, presentation, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution – equipping you for a 12-month placement as an Experis employee. Here, you'll put your skills to use in a real-world environment with ongoing support and mentorship.

Ideal Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are also essential. A forward thinker who pre-empts potential problems and a professional commitment to high quality are also key characteristics required for this position. Eligible and willing to undertake SC security clearance.
