About the Role

We seek a motivated and experienced Civils Construction Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based at our office in Tunbridge Wells, overseeing projects across Kent and Sussex regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Supervising all stages of construction projects to ensure efficient execution.
  • Financial Management: Managing project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Safety Standards: Enforcing rigorous health and safety standards across all sites.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Timeline Management: Monitoring and controlling project timelines to meet client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven supervisory experience with strong project control capabilities.
  • Technical Expertise: Expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, and construction safety practices.
  • Project Success: Demonstrated success in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to inspire and guide teams effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Qualifications: SMSTS certificate or equivalent site management safety accreditation.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred but not essential with equivalent experience).

Benefits: Competitive salary £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
