About the Role

PACE Infrastructure Solutions is a pioneering company that delivers exceptional results in the UK rail industry. We are looking for an accomplished Construction Project Lead to oversee projects across Kent and Sussex.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent supervisory experience, strong project control capabilities, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing project budgets and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Supervising all stages of construction projects to ensure efficient execution and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Ensuring rigorous health and safety standards across all sites, preventing accidents and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to promote seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven supervisory experience with strong project control capabilities, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, and construction safety practices, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in managing construction projects from inception to completion, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively and drive project progress.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to inspire and guide teams effectively, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including SMSTS certification or equivalent site management safety accreditation.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred but not essential with equivalent experience).

Salary range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, based on experience.
