Construction Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Cost Manager to join our team at Faircloth Construction Ltd. This exciting opportunity allows you to work on commercial, retail, industrial, and leisure projects valued up to £15m.
As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of assigned projects to maximise profitability and cash flow.
You will assess, review, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks, ensuring company policies are implemented effectively.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial aspects of projects to ensure profitability and cash flow
- Assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
- Prepare and present monthly cost reports
Your Qualifications:
- Degree level qualification in construction or quantity surveying
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
