A challenging opportunity exists for a skilled Contracts Manager to join Faircloth Construction Ltd, a leading main Contractor specialising in commercial, retail, industrial and leisure projects.
About the Company:
Faircloth Construction Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and talented Contracts Manager. With experience working with some of the UK's largest property development investment companies, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects safely, on time and within budget through effective organisation and management.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will manage contracts, ensuring project completion meets our high standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with Site Managers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients as necessary
- Managing procurement of materials
- Being commercially aware and managing the commercial elements of the contract – pricing, tracking variations through to final account and project cost control
About You:
We are looking for a skilled individual with broad knowledge of commercial construction, experience working with subcontractors and proven experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be able to form relationships with clients, be approachable and possess excellent communication skills. Experience of leading and managing a team is also desirable. Additionally, HND/HNC in building studies or equivalent qualifications would be advantageous.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is £60,000 per annum, with a car allowance, technology pack, pension and other benefits including healthcare insurance and DIS benefit.
