Room Service Supervisor Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily room service operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.

  • Work closely with other departments to guarantee smooth operations and enhance guest satisfaction.

  • Address guest enquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly, aiming for swift resolution and high satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and manage stock levels with the procurement team.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that exceed guest expectations.
  • Uphold company policies, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards through regular inspections and audits.
  • Act as a representative of Ham Yard Hotel, embodying our values and promoting our brand and services.
