We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Service Supervisor to join our team at Ham Yard Hotel, a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of London's Soho. As a Room Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our room service department, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of room service staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and manage stock levels with the procurement team.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that exceed guest expectations.
- Uphold company policies, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards through regular inspections and audits.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team within a hospitality setting.
