We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Service Supervisor to join our team at Knightsbridge Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our room service department, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the room service department, ensuring efficiency and quality service delivery.
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve departmental goals.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization in all room service areas.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and exceed expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure availability of supplies and amenities for guests.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Foster a positive working environment based on teamwork, mutual respect, and open communication.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
