Job Summary

Airswift is seeking a highly skilled Operations & Maintenance Contracts Manager to drive strategic contracting across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing maintenance contracts within the Oil & Gas Industry and experience in managing large EPC contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a category management approach to drive strategic contracting
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from strategy to performance, ensuring contractors meet performance targets
  • Lead post-award contract management and negotiate plans to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Build and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to strategy development papers, invitations to tender, evaluation plans, and recommendations to award

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in managing maintenance contracts within the Oil & Gas Industry
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in managing large EPC contracts
  • Experience in MRP implementations and management, using different MRP systems
  • Vast experience in the contracts domain within the Oil & Gas industry
  • Proficient in Oil & Gas Supply Chain Management within the UKCS's regulatory frameworks
  • Demonstrates strong commercial and contractual acumen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields
  • Certified in CIPS, CSCP, PMP, CPSM, etc.
